Product Description

Waldent RCTcal is a pre-mixed calcium hydroxide paste formulated with barium sulfate to provide radiopacity. With a very high pH (> 12.5), it creates a strongly alkaline environment that helps eliminate microbes in the root canal, supports tissue healing, and prevents reinfection. The water-based consistency means it can be easily delivered into root canals using a syringe and removed later with a file and irrigation. It is indicated for: Temporary root canal filling Direct and indirect pulp capping Apexification Internal and external root resorption Treatment of weeping canals or exudation
